Africa Journal of Communication
Since its inception, EACA has run the Africa Journal of Communication (AJC) — a peer-reviewed venue building an academic research community in and about East African media.
About the Journal
The Africa Journal of Communication (AJC) is EACA's flagship peer-reviewed journal. It publishes original research, review articles, and case studies that advance communication and media scholarship in Africa, with a particular focus on the East African region.
The journal aims to create an academic research community by providing a rigorous, accessible publication outlet for both established and emerging scholars working on journalism, media studies, political communication, development communication, and digital cultures.
